August - Old Barn, Jensen Earley Park, Fair, Fall Canning

My pictures are all mixed up, so this doesn't go by date.
I'm slowly getting pictures of each family in their shirts.
1. Here is Daniel, Michael, Ellen, and Samuel.
Thanks again, Elise. We're building a house so we'll have a
wall for the family pictures.

Little number 84

2. Tom's family: Cam, Mel holding Aiden, Gabe, Max,
with Tom and Taylor in back. Now we have two families in Arizona!

3. 7 Brides for 7 Brothers was amazing. This was Mike's
dream fulfilled to be a brother. He played Frankincense
and did an amazing job. Emily was also in it, but had to miss
the last two performances, so she took a smaller part.

We had a team picture  because one of the people were leaving.
They all work on Global Histories.
4. Front: Sis. Van Leer, Emily Farnsworth, Sis. Raulston
Back: Jenny Reader, Sis. Dant, James Goldsten, Dad & I,
Elder Raulston, and our leader-Ryan Saltzgiver.
It is a privilege to work with them.

5. Joe has officially bought the house. He is signing the papers.

6. The Fielding Stake Roundup at Earley Park.
Peter was in charge of the bounce houses.
This is Bekah and Olivia.

7. We were babysitting Luke. He loved the bounce house.

8. When Emily and the older kids went to Europe,
I got to spend the day with Scott and Jetta. I had such a
great time. Jetta had taken a sewing class and learned how
to make a reading book bag and wanted to make Scott one.
It was so fun to help her. She is a beautiful seamstress. Time
to get that group together for a sewing project! I played games
with Scott while watching Jetta sew.

9. Jetta and her finished project with Scott.

10. We had a great lesson given by Robert & Alaina.
They helped me make bookmarks to keep track of reading
the Family Stories Book. There are so many stories that we
are not as familiar with. I hope you all enjoy reading them.
We have many wonderful stories and experiences from our family.
May they help and sustain us in our life.

11. We had David's and Tom's kids here together.
They had such a great time. We are getting slushies in Garland
for a treat. Robert in the Jazz shiret, Alaina, Suzie, Cam & Max.

12. Little baby Jamin Phillip, David and Amanda's now little baby.
When we took the kids back up, we got to see and hold him.
He's such a dear little baby, with many important things to do in time.

13. At the fair listening to the BRH Jazz Band
Joe is dancing with Leah and Catharine

14. Tesha is making Blackberry pie with the help of Linda.
We've had a bumper crop this year.

15. Chicken came on a very good sale, so we worked
together and did quite a lot. Many hands make light work.

16 Anne's three grandkids went to the temple and we celebrated
with them after our mission. Jeff's two daughters Josie & Sember
and Debbie's son Jimmy (he was on my side of the table.)

17. I love this picture. Tesha and I were walking behind Leah
and Mia on the way to her house. They are so cute with their
arms around each other. I actually entered it in the fair and
titled it "Country Cousins" and got a red ribbon.
I love watching our grandchildren become such good friends.

18. This month's FHE

19. The family reunion with Dad's siblings.
This is Joe, Colleen, and Julie

20. Michael and Michael

21. Apparently Earley Park is a great place for Pokemon Go.

22. U. Bill made a 9 square in the air for his family reunion
and brought it up. The kids a fun time with it.

23. Ultimate Frisby!!!!

24. Front: Me, Pat, Cathy, & Robinette
Back: Dad, Doug, Marc, Bill
Those of you who didn't make it missed A. Cathy's fruit salad!

25. Zander, Leah, Ethan, Mia, Catharine, and Jonathan's
little girl (can't remember her name).
They taught me a great lesson. These kids had never met cousin
Jonathan's kids. (U. Doug's son). Yet they were playing and
having so much fun with each other. They loved each
other immediately. A lesson for us all. We are all
God's children and are family.

26. Saying good-bye to Tom's kids:
Taylor, Max & Gabe, Cam with us in the back.

27. Sometimes we are worn out on our mission. Here's
Dad getting a quick nap in front of his computer.

28. Joe got bees this spring and he really got quite
a bit of honey. I think it was about 75 lbs. of beautiful honey.

29. Canning has begun: Salsa and Green Beans

30. One of my favorite fall meals: Bacon and tomato
sandwiches. We just didn't have the corn on the cob to go with it.

31. Joe made Blackberry ice cream. It was very good.

It's been a very busy month as usual. Life is so good.
I have been filled with so much gratitude for my life
and the journey I have had. We have been so blessed, with
so many children and grandchildren that we love each
one individually. Always know I love you.
