Luke's first Halloween

Scooby Do
Noelle and Sarah with their friends

Peter Pan group with Emily, Luke, & Mike
 Caleb and his friends
 Mallory and her friend
Katrina, Bekah, and "Smartie" pants Olivia
We had a baptism the first Saturday of
November. It was such a joy to teach Sayge.
She is Caleb's age.

These were given to us by another little girl we baptized.
They are our souviners from the Logan, Utah Mission
Getting ready for our pellet stove.

Rob came up with his family one Saturday.
He buried himself in the library to work on
his dissertation (the burying part was literal)
We had such a great cousin day with service projects
and play projects.
We had an assembly line with Chris in the
front getting 40 lb. bags of wood pellets and
passing them down the line for Dad to stack.
It was great.

  One ton

Then they raked our leaves and then piled up in
cars and went to Mike & Emily's new house and
raked their leaves. They had a lot!

 PLAY TIME
AT MARBLE PARK

 Party time back at home.

The pellet stove came. It's really wonderful.

WE had such a nice quiet Thanksgiving that I forgot
to take pictures. We had U. Marc and Tom's family.
We set the table for nine people.
 Pie Fest

We have so many blessings to be thankful for.
This time of year is a time to really take a serious look
at just how much the Lord can be in our lives. Notice
the tender mercies He sends our way.
We see such heartbreak and such joy on our mission.
We love you all very much.
One of my new favorite scriptures:
"When thou passest through the waters,
I will be with thee;
and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee:
when thou walkest through the fire,
thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
For I am the Lord they God, the Holy one of Israel,
thy Saviour.

Aug to October

Last blog ended with the Eclipse. That Saturday
we went to Willow Flat. It was so beautiful and
we had a great time. It was fun to have Audrey
with us since she was up to go to USU.

Audrey and Ryan's family, Joe's family, Ellen's
family, and us all went up.

Spencer and Ryan's Wedding - September 2nd

I can't clean the chicken coop
without Caleb!

Zander played soccer this year!

Because of Dad's back, we didn't go to Bear Lake
for the reunion on the 29th and 30th.
We still had a great time, though.
Daniel and his DS group gaming.
Yes, he's quite popular.

 U. Marc, Chris, Mallory, and Caleb were in "Oliver"
at the Old Barn. It was a VERY good production.
My brother Ralph's youngest daughter Rosie
was married on Oct. 7
Samuel in his coveralls chasing the chickens.
Dad gave a presentation on Oct. 10
in Centerville about the Lund Boy's Home.
His father lived there for about 4 months. His
presentation was very interesting. Rob, Marrie,
and Cecily came. We went to their house after
and Jennetta read me stories from the
Grandparents book! I was amazed.

I had a reunion with some of my 1st cousins.
It was so good to see them.

On the 15th of October little Luke Feuz Jensen
was born. They had to suction him out to help in the
delivery. Emily had a VERY big day, but got
him here safely. We all sure love him.

It's been a hard month with Dad's back
and sciatica nerve problem. He's been in
a lot of pain.  He's been much better since
he had the shot and has been doing therapy.
I couldn't resist taking this picture.
After finishing his exercises he actually
fell sound asleep and was snoring.
It has wore him out.
Thank you for all the prayers in his behalf.

Spencer and Ryan get a picture from Susan.
It's beautiful.
On the 28th of October Suzie was baptized.
She looked like a little princess.
It was a beautiful day.
We're proud of you Suzie. She's the first
of 7 to be baptized this upcoming year.
Next is Chloe, Alaina, Ben, Cambria,
Timmy, and Jennetta.
 Ryan with Alisha and Allen
Ryan and Val with their family.
 Dusty has a pet Hedgehog
Ryan's smoker - UMMMM we had pulled pork.
Jeffrey and his baseball batting cage.
We took the Garland Elders home and one of them
had carved a pumpkin with the "great and spacious
building" on one side and the tree of life and iron
rod on the other side.
Mike and Luke, Ellen and Samuel, having a
Google hangout with Joe and his family.
Our three youngest with their little children.
Life is so good.

Ben fell and broke several bones in his hand.
He has a cast on!
Daniel and Dad teaching Samuel the
Wrong Patty cake version.
Oh my. What am I to do.

Life is good. We are very busy with our mission. We
will write a letter for this month. We've had some beautiful
experiences. The gospel is true.
We are so blessed. We are so thankful that little Luke
is here safely and Emily is doing well.
I love you all. Very much.
