Week of May 5th 2014

Monday
We went to a meeting with the Sr. Citizen's. I was doing last week's blog, so I took a picture of this couple that we help with Genealogy. We are sure meeting a lot of nice people.
Tom and Kathy Palmentier

Love the rock walls - they are everywhere

The Britton's feed the Elders twice every week and they invited us to join this past week.
They are such wonderful people.

Spring is coming!

Tuesday
We went to the top of Renselaerville to visit 'Henny' and we came down the road the GPS told us to, but the sign is right:
 It was the next road

Thursday
After District Meeting at the Yellow Delli. It is transfers and our Elder Pierce got transferred.
Dad, Elder James, Elder Pierce, me, Elder Reiney, Elder Thompson, Elder Chandle, Elder McPherson

The flower pins we made at Achievement Days for the Mother's in our branch. They liked them.

There are more shades of green than I have ever seen.

Elder James cooking hamburgers at the Kosorek's, and yes, I'm going to send him a copy of this picture to send to his mom.

The bush in front of our place. It is so beautiful.

Notice the Wood Bee on the bottom left. They are huge. They will actually bore into the wood in your home to lay eggs. Then if a Woodpecker comes along and decides to make the hole even bigger, it really causes havoc.

I love you all. Thank you for a wonderful Mother's Day.
Thank you even more for a wonderful Mother's Life, for that is my career.
I hate to be redundant, but I love life.

P.S. We go to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island on Wednesday,
so tune in next week for lots of pictures!
