Two Months Since Last Post

This is the longest I've gone without posting.
I'm so sorry, but we have never been busier. I'll take
one picture from each event to catch up.

1. Josh in Color Guard

2. Noelle, Mallory, and Caleb with their sheep at the fair.

3. Zander's first blue ribbon!

4.Val and kids at the fair

5. Issac and Cecily at the fair - notice they did not like the smell.

6. A quick trip to Arizona to be with Paul. They split
their ward and we went down to be with them when
Paul was put in as 1st counselor in their Bishopric.
Let me know if you are no longer using the map and I will
pass it to another who never go one, but may like to use it.

7. Canning peaches with Paul's family.
Yummmm, Brigham City peaches.

8. Seeing the school library that Lacey has decorated.
They sure do a lot to support their schools.

9. Mike and Suzie on the deck while we sing
Happy Birthday - they share their birthday, Sept. 28th

10. A. Ellen came in and we had a get together.
At the cemetery looking at Paul's headstone.

l1. Canning grape juice. Taylor and Max helped us a lot!

12. The next day we did more grapes for us and Chris.
The older kids are picking off grapes while playing
Crack the Case.
Rob, Sarah, Mallory, Noelle, Steven, Marri

13. September 26th we went to Star Valley to see the temple
with Chris's family. Of course we had to stop at
Peppridge Farm on the way up!

14. Too many gatherings. I think this is a Sunday

15. I remember this! It is conference Sunday, and little
Samuel gets his first taste of ice cream.
Yes, He loved it!!!!

16. Caleb's soccer game.

17. Color guard after a football game. Josh is in the back
with the yellow flag.

18. John is in, so we have another party.
This one is at Rob and Emily's. Thank you so much!

19. With Daniel's love of Star War's, can you guess
what little Samuel will be for Halloween?
We had fun making it for him - our little Yoda

20. While John was here, we went to the Church History Museum.
Stacey and Ruth Ellen, who is growing so fast.

21. Stacey and Timmy, Danny holding Ruth E., Maren, Sam,
Kirsten, and John

22. We sang on Sunday night. It was so wonderful.
Yes, they are practicing for my funeral song.

23. Installing the granite counters.

24. Going to Hoggle Zoo with David & Amanda's family
and Val and their kids. The lights were really fun.
Not many animals, but the tiger was amazing to see.
The zoo is so different than when I was growing up.

25. One of the highlights of our mission. They are such a
wonderful family. We have truly grown to love them.

26. Our new kitchen. It was much needed and will last
longer than us.

We are busier than we have ever been in our life.
We are being blessed with such good health and
energy to get everything done. We usually do things
around here until after lunch, and then we head out to do
missionary work. We have met so many wonderful people.
We see the Lord's hand in His work that we have this
special privilege to be a part of. And we see His
great honor of free agency.
Love you all.

August, 2016

There is no rhyme or reason to the order of the pictures.
They start with today at the fair parade and go backwards.
I've got my pictures on my phone and in Google and I'm still
learning and deciding how to do it.

1. The Elders marched in the fair parade. They got more cheers
than any other group or float. They are a good group of young men.

2. Josh and the color guard looked way good.
It's fun to see him perform.

3. This is the fire on our mountain. It was amazing to watch.

3. We went to Ryan and Val's to do Family History with their family
Ryan spent most of the rest of his day off doing it.
Kaden is the one that surprised us. He loves doing
Family History and he is very good at it.
He has cleared quite a few names.

4. Val cutting Kaden's names apart

5. My brother Paul's son Tom's wife and daughters
at their son Thor's wedding. Tom is the one that was killed
in the airplane accident.
It was a beautiful day. They got married at Mt. Timpanogas
Temple. The Spirit was very strong at the wedding
with Thor's dad and grandpa both having passed away.

6. Becky showing me the quilt she made.
She is the one that taught me how to make the pillow cases
and the pens.

7. Wheat and Beet Days parade

8. Mike and Emily in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor
Dream coat. It was one of the best productions I've seen.
Except the part of the Pharaoh. No one can beat John's
performance. Mike was Gad & Emily his partner.
He also played the baker. They did an amazing job.

9. We had so much fun reenacting these KK donut pictures.

10. Little Samuel is sure growing

11. Time to practice with the sheep!
Caleb is doing one this year.

12. I had a friends party with my high school friends.
Trudy and Ryan were in from Hawaii. We haven't had
this many in years. We had a good time. Mike wanted a
haircut and I told him we would probably be done by 8:30.
I said we don't stay up till midnight playing games.
Just before he got here we were comparing our
Medicaid cards to see what plan we each had.
My, my, we are getting old.
Mike & Annette Bair, Garth Anderson, Colleen Limb,
Dad and I, Ryan & Trudy.

13. Mia watching the sheep, the sheep, & Zander.

14. Here is Josh at Subway. He was treating us to a cookie.

15. Katie Call got married in the Ogden Temple to Brian Manning.
I have been Lindi's visiting teacher for proably 10 years.
I love the whole family. Adam is in the back and he is Mike's age.
Her bridesmaids. We are at Maddox

16. A blanket going up and down on Zander and Mia's hair.
It was so funny because their hair was standing straight up.

I'm sorry about the out of order pictures. It's been such a
busy and wonderful month. I think we are settling into a
schedule with our mission. We do things here in the morning
and then go out for most of the rest of the day on our mission.
We have met so many wonderful people,  We've had some amazing
visits, and felt of the Spirit very much.
Again, this is the Lord's work. We feel His direction, His
love for every one of the people we visit, and it is such a blessing.
We will get a letter written, because we are having so many wonderful
experiences like we did in New York, yet is so good to still
be with family.
I love the Lord Jesus Christ. This is His restored gospel, and He and
Heavenly Father loves each and every person individually.
